What data we collect
When you send us an inquiry using the form, we collect your first name and surname, e-mail address, arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children, children's ages, whether you need a cot, the apartment you have chosen, your message and the language in which you would like us to reply. If you contact us by e-mail, phone, WhatsApp or Viber, we use the data you send us yourself.
Why we use it
Solely to reply to your inquiry, to arrange and carry out your booking and to meet our legal obligations, such as guest registration and tax regulations. The legal bases are taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or pass it on to anyone for marketing purposes. Access is limited to our web hosting and e-mail service providers, who store the data on our behalf, and to the competent authorities where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted no later than 12 months after our last communication. Booking data is kept for as long as required by tax and tourism regulations.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The form uses a single technical cookie that protects against fake inquiries and is deleted when you close your browser. The ‘Where are we’ page displays a map from Google Maps, so Google receives your IP address when the map loads. The WhatsApp and Viber buttons open those apps, and any conversation in them is subject to their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of its processing; you may also object to processing and request data portability. Simply write to info@mistral-lopar.com. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority, the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
