About us
Welcome to our little world of hospitality!
For us, tourism isn't just about letting apartments and holiday homes. It is a chance to meet new people, to share the beauty of our Lopar with them and to make them feel at home throughout their holiday.
Our family story began at Kastell Apartments, continued at Mistral, and today we are proud to build on it with our new holiday home, Villa Loparia. Each of our properties has its own special character, but they all share what matters most to us: comfort, the warmth of a home and a personal touch for every guest.
Over the years we have learnt that a beautifully furnished place to stay and a good location do matter, but what guests remember most fondly are the people, the small thoughtful gestures and the feeling of a genuine welcome.
It makes us especially happy that so many guests come back to us year after year. Some of them have become our friends over time, and for us that is the greatest proof that what we do is worthwhile.
Our Kastell and Mistral apartments stand side by side, linked by a shared garden pergola – a place to get together, unwind and enjoy warm summer evenings. Villa Loparia is a new chapter in our family story, one in which we have combined the same philosophy of hospitality with extra privacy, comfort and a touch of luxury.

How far are you from the beach?
The sea is about 300 m away. Veli Mel Beach is about a 5-minute walk, and Paradise Beach (Rajska plaža) about 10 minutes.
What is the minimum length of stay?
It depends on the dates and the season. Send us an inquiry with your dates and we will let you know what is possible.
How much is the deposit and how is it paid?
To confirm a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price is paid to the bank account listed in the booking terms. The balance is paid on arrival or as agreed.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is free. Each apartment has its own reserved parking space.
Are air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included?
Yes. All apartments have air conditioning in the living area (the bedrooms are not air-conditioned) and free Wi-Fi. Clean bed linen and towels are included and changed every 7 days, or more often on request.
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, for an extra charge of €10 per person per day. Breakfast is not included in the accommodation price.
Do you accept pets?
Pets are allowed only on prior request and with our approval. If approved, we charge €15 per pet per day.
How do I book?
Send us an inquiry via the form, WhatsApp or Viber. We reply within 24 hours, and the booking is confirmed once the 30% deposit has been paid.
